It is a special wine. It is not a variety, but a style. In Casillero del Diablo we took some Shiraz red grapes and we treated them as white wine. That is how we obtained attractive strawberry, raspberry and cherry notes with flavors of blackberries and plum. A fresh wine very close to the red wines.
