Ripe white peaches, melon and tropical fruit on the nose and palate. Medium bodied and refreshing with fresh acidity.
The fruit for this wine is from California's Central Valley - which includes the renowned Lodi district - which is one of the world's warmest wine regions. This makes sure that all the fruit is ripe. Care is taken during harvesting and winemaking to preserve the grape's fruity character. Grapes are harvested in the cool of night and then fermented in stainless steel tanks which preserves all of the fruity flavours.
